LPI: What schools do you currently hold offers from and what schools that haven’t offered are interested in you or may be close to offering?

KW: I have an offer from Southern Mississippi as of right now. The ones that are interested is Miami of Ohio, Illinois State, Nebraska, and Indiana State University.

LPI: Do you have any visits set?

KW: I don’t have any official visits yet. But me and my family are going to take the time to go to a Junior day at Miami of Ohio January 12th.

LPI: What should college coaches that recruit you know about you whether it be on or off the field?

KW: Coaches should know that I am a very hard working person. Also, that I am committed to my work in school and my sport truly. When my coach says dominate it’s time to eliminate and I know that it’s time for me to hurt my opponent. My mindset when it comes to the game is to give it your all and make sure the person your going against knows your name. But they should also know that my school studies are very important to me so that’s my I must study hard to maintain my GPA at a 3.0 or higher. The smarter you are as an O-Linemen the harder it is to defeat you.

LPI: What are you looking for in a program to continue your football career at? Will distance from home play a factor in your choice?

KW: I am looking for a program where all the players have the same mindset as me to where we all understand that are school work comes first, then it’s time to play the sport we love. The program has to be able to make me work harder than what I am right now in my high school years, but it also has to make my family and me feel comfortable and save for me to attend that program. Distance isn’t a problem for me at all as a young kid I traveled with my grandparents every summer to various places without my parents for weeks and months so I’m used to it by now .

LPI: Do you play any other sports during the offseason?

KW: I don’t play any other sports during the off season, but I do train with Author Ray at the hands down training center for O-Linemen and D-Linemen. Also, I train at EFT with Coach Jordan Diamond.

LPI: Who are some of your teammates or training partners that you believe can play at the next level, but have gone overlooked by college coaches?

KW:

Jason Shavers – He plays OT and he is a very powerful blocker and light on his feet when he pulls.

James Capers – Plays OG is very over looked but they don’t know the truth about how he is a bully and is ready for the next level.

Corderro Williams – Plays DE and is also very powerful his foot work is amazing and is ready for the next level.

Zion Mitchell – He plays WR and has mad potential. He is a hard worker and will train hard to reach his goals.
