LPI: What schools have you been in touch with? Any schools perhaps close to offering?

MB: I have been in contact with Ball State and talked to coaches from Cincinnati and Indiana state and U Indy.

LPI: Do you have any visits coming up? If so, where at and when?

MB: I currently do not have any visits lined up but I took one to Ball State during the season to go see them take on Central Michigan.

LPI: What are your greatest strengths on the field and do you consider yourself a leader?

MB: I think I’m a good vocal leader and also I lead by example very well and try to get guys fired up to play before and during the games so the energy level never drops.

LPI: Tell me what you’ve been doing to take your game to the next level. Also, do you play any other sports in the offseason or do you play 7on7?

MB: In the off-season I’m always in the weight room 4-5 times a week and doing speed training then when spring comes around I’m into track season running the 100 and the 200.

LPI: Who are some of your teammates or training partners that you think can play at the next level, but have gone overlooked by college coaches?

MB: I think that Nate Frey, Joey Schmidt, Beau Robbins, Dylan Downing, Camari Hunt, Sam Rogers, Caleb Shaffer, Cole Brevard and Tommy Spraetz can all play at the next level because they’re all leaders and just great guys to be around and so is everyone else on the team.
