LPI: What are you going to do to take your game to the next level this offseason? Are you going to be playing 7on7?

OG: I am currently doing a lifting program through school in the mornings, as well as speed and strength training in the evenings with Tom Nelson at TNT training. Along with the training, I am committed to a diet which helps me perform and recover at a high level. Also, this spring, I will be playing 7on7 with TNT Ignite along with my high school Hersey.

LPI: You currently don’t have any offers, but I believe you definitely have what it takes to play at the next level. What skill set can you bring to the table for a college football program?

OG: I believe I have the work ethic and athleticism to excel at the next level. I also believe I have great versatility and ball skills to play any position on the field too.

LPI: Which schools have shown serious interest in you?

OG: I have visited Bowling Green, Illinois State, Northwestern, and Illinois. I just attended the junior day at Miami of Ohio this weekend as well. I have also received interest from Northern Illinois, Iowa State, and North Dakota State.

LPI: On or off the field, how do you demonstrate leadership?

OG: I first and foremost lead by example on and off the field. I am also a vocal leader on the field which comes from my preparation and knowledge of the game.

LPI: Who are some of your teammates that you believe can play at the next level, but have gone overlooked by college coaches?

OG:

Will Ebert – 6’2″ 260 OG/OT. Will has an unbelievable work ethic and a hunger to learn everything there is to know about the game. He has the size and athleticism to play any position on the O-line. He understands the protections and I love having him on my blind side.
